Paul has over 35 years of business management experience in Sales and Operations. He has a wealth of practical knowledge, along with a passion for business success. Paul has been directly involved with start-ups and turnarounds. As an entrepreneur, Paul has launched three successful companies in the past twenty years.

During the past three years Paul has focused in the local market working with companies such as JFC Construction, United Water, Camfil Farr, Viecore, Boston Scientific, Lonza, Lundbeck, Thermo Fisher, Franklin Credit and Dow Jones to name a few.

Paul’s expertise includes Leadership, strategic planning, sales, streamlining and improving operational processes and systems. This experience has enabled Paul to be known for the ability to adapt, innovate and effectively communicate with diverse audiences. Paul works with individuals through Executive Coaching as well as companies and organizations. Paul has consistently produced results as a manager and as an entrepreneur.
